Conway Water/Sewer serves approximately 930 customers in Conway Village. and parts of Albany and Madison and is under the Public Works Department of the Town of Conway.

WATER AND SEWER BILLS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO “CONWAY WATER/SEWER” AND MAILED TO THE ADDRESS ABOVE OR BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE ON WEST MAIN ST.

NOTICE: If you are experiencing a water or sewer emergency and it is after hours, a weekend, or holiday, please call the Conway Police Department and ask them to contact the on-call water/sewer staff. 603-356-5785.

Notice: If you are experiencing exceptionally high usage on your bill, call our office so we can help you trouble shoot the issue.

FYI - The average family can use over 300 gallons of water in a day

  • Shaving: 1 gallon
  • Hand washing: 1 gallon
  • Teeth brushing: up to a gallon
  • Leaving the tap running while brushing your teeth uses over a gallon of water
  • Shower: approximately 2 gallons per minute
  • Bath: for a full tub – about 36 gallons
  • Flushing the toilet: 1.2-1.6 gallons but up to 3 gallons for older models
  • Dishwasher: 4 to 10 gallons
  • Dishwashing by hand: up to 20 gallons
  • Laundry: 25 gallons per load
  • Outdoor watering: about 2 gallons per minute
