- A SPECIAL EXCEPTION requested by FRANCIS WOLFE III [FILE #24-31] in regard to §190-13.B.(4)(b) of the Conway Zoning Ordinance to allow an accessory dwelling unit as accessory to a duplex at 67 Dinsmore Road, Intervale (PID 202-151). This hearing was continued from November 20, 2024.
- A VARIANCE requested by MIAH AND SHERRY NIELSEN [FILE #24-32] in regard to §190-13.B.(1) of the Conway Zoning Ordinance to permit nine (9) dwelling units on a 1.65-acre lot at 22 Puddin Pond Drive, North Conway (PID 235-81). This hearing was continued from November 20, 2024.
